Looking to host an unforgettable art event? Our studio gallery offers a fantastic 2500 sf of venue space for rent! Perfect for mingling and creativity, our space can accommodate up to 70 guests standing or 50 seated. We have tables and chairs available, so you won't need to worry about rentals. Need some tunes? Our DJ is on hand for an extra $200/hr to keep the vibe just right. The cost to rent our incredible venue is $100 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. To ensure your date is secure, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required. Book now and make your event truly memorable in our stunning studio gallery space!

Cancellation Policy

Oz Studio & Gallery Venue Policy 1. Booking & Reservations Rental Rates: Oz Studio & Gallery is available for rent at $100 per hour on weekdays and $150 per hour on weekends, with a 4-hour minimum for all bookings. Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Changes & Cancellations: Any changes to the reservation must be made at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 2. Event Set-Up & Breakdown Set-Up & Breakdown Time: You are allowed 30 min before and 30 min after your event for setup and breakdown at no additional cost. Any additional time required will be charged at the hourly rate. Event Decorations & Equipment: You are welcome to bring your own decorations and equipment. However, no nails, screws, or adhesives may be used on walls or gallery surfaces. Please discuss your setup needs with us in advance to ensure a smooth event. 3. Use of Space & Conduct Space Usage: The venue includes access to the main gallery and event space. The art gallery’s exhibits must be respected and remain undisturbed throughout your event. Capacity: The venue can comfortably accommodate up to 75 guests. Please adhere to this limit to ensure safety and comfort. Alcohol & Catering: You may bring your own food, beverages, or catering service. If alcohol will be served, it must comply with local laws and regulations, and an event host must be present to oversee service. 4. Music & Entertainment DJ Services: DJ810 is available for hire at $300 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Please confirm your entertainment needs at the time of booking. 5. Cleanup & Damages Cleanup Requirements: At the end of your event, please ensure that all personal items, decorations, and trash are removed. Basic cleanup is expected from renters. Any additional cleaning required by Oz Studio & Gallery will incur a fee. Damages: Any damage to the venue, gallery exhibits, or property will be assessed, and costs for repairs or replacement will be charged to the renter. Additional Time & Overtime Fees Any additional time used beyond the agreed booking hours will be charged at the regular hourly rate and must be approved in advance if possible.
