In 2011, our Founder, Lyshell McBride created a secret Facebook group for local women that have been or are currently in abusive relationships. This is meant to empower and strengthen self esteem, awareness, have open discussions without fear.

VOICES a safe space for women to speak about domestic violence and sexual assault. Paint Your Power is committed to providing art as therapy at no charge to local survivors by hosting free events or providing free art therapy kits.
