Cancellation Policy

DJ810 Booking Policy Rate & Duration DJ810 is available for booking at a rate of $300 per hour, with a required 2-hour minimum per booking. Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be applied towards the total cost. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled event. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Any cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling may be possible based on availability and must be arranged at least 7 days prior to the event. The deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date if confirmed within this timeframe. Set-Up & Breakdown DJ810 requires 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown. These times are not included in the hourly rate and are provided at no extra charge. Please ensure that the event space is accessible and ready for setup at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Event Requirements The event organizer is responsible for providing adequate power sources, space for DJ setup, and any specific instructions or preferences for music or announcements at least 48 hours in advance. Travel Fees If the event is located outside of a 20-mile radius of Rogers, AR, a travel fee may apply. The fee will be calculated based on the distance and discussed upon booking. Additional Hours Should you wish to extend the booking time during the event, additional hours are available at the rate of $300 per hour, subject to DJ810's availability.
